Regular sauna use reduces your risk for all cause mortality. In a 20 year study on Finnish men, those who used a sauna 4–7 times per week had about a 40% lower risk of all-cause mortality compared to those who used it only once per week (Laukkanen et al., JAMA Internal Medicine, 2015).
