🏆First article using our CosMx dataset on lung cancer is out! Just published in Nature Biotechnology on a method to analyze functional interactions of cells. Livnat Jerby-Arnon from Stanford University and Aviv Regev from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) presented their model named DIALOGUE which used CosMx publicly available data.
