Six teams competed in the round-robin timed competition, pulling a 20,000-pound SWAT Bearcat vehicle more than 100 feet down Cortez Street. YCSO SWAT narrowly defeated Prescott PD SWAT for the title. State trust land illegal camping became a problem several years ago when people started to live on the land rather than recreate and camp. There was trash, drugs and other crimes.
