Fairfax, Virginia - Fairfax County Fire and Rescue and Fairfax County Police responded to the 13000 block of Fair Lakes Shopping Center for a vehicle into structure call at Bagel Joy Bagel Shop. Upon arrival, units found a Nissan Sentra sedan driven by an elderly gentleman in the lobby of the restaurant.
