OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Oakland city officials will be meeting with representatives from a social media site called Nextdoor Tuesday to discuss ways to curtail racial profiling on the popular forum.
The Committee on Law and Justice will convene an ad hoc committee to review and assess existing evidence on how observed racial differences in criminal justice might be reduced through public policy.
