A string of violent incidents has added fresh urgency to calls for more body-worn cameras. But DHS proposed reducing spending on them in its initial budget proposal.

The Cleveland Police Department terminated an officer after an incident in December in Pawnee County, where body cam video shows the officer knocking a man to the ground, who was in handcuffs. The officer says he's not happy about what happened and says it was taken out of context.
