Apply labels to files in Docs, Sheets, or Slides On your computer, go to Docs, Sheets, or Slides. Click File Labels . In the side panel, review labels and apply new ones. To remove a label from a file, select a label and click Remove . Apply labels to non-Google files in Drive Preview On your computer, go to Drive.

how to create mailing labels on google docs
Docs doesn't currently have a label feature. However, you can use an add-on for Docs that can do this (most use Avery labels). Open any document and go to Add-ons > Get add-ons and type "labels" in the search field. If you find one that sounds good to you, you can install it and give it a test drive. If you don't like it, go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons and simply uninstall it.

Google Keep: Share notes, lists & drawings. My manager (Collaborator) and I work together to keep track on action items. I am using labels too, but the label which help to sort, will not show at the collaborator end. What is a good solution here?
